    An entrepreneur at heart, he started his first business in 1992. Starting from scratch, his specialty clothing screen printing company became one of the top five in Montreal.

    In 2007, he began to take an interest in real estate and founded Immeubles Hillman by making several strategic purchases.

    In 2014, after 22 years of operation, he decided to sell his printing business and focus exclusively on real estate investment. He started with house renovations and then moved on to condominium construction projects.

    He later underwent a significant shift, specializing in the purchase and leasing of commercial and industrial spaces. In just a few years, he experienced rapid growth with over $ 100 million in acquisitions. Michel is a real estate enthusiast, a tireless worker, and possesses a remarkable sense of business acumen.

Félix Langlois holds the position of Director, Mortgage Analysis at Oméga Capital Privé Inc. He has more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate financing, gained at First National Financial and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).

    At First National Financial, he served as Senior Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Financing, where he was responsible for modeling and underwriting files — insured by CMHC or conventional — representing volumes exceeding $100M annually. His responsibilities also included negotiating credit agreements, preparing contractual documentation, and analyzing third-party reports.

    Previously, he held the roles of Director and then Senior Director within CIBC’s Real Estate Finance Group, where he participated in structuring commercial financings while contributing to team development and the optimization of operational processes.

    Mr. Langlois holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal (2014) and a Certificate in Urban and Real Estate Management from Laval University (2015).
